At HadKins Manufacturing, we specialize in CNC machining, providing both short and long runs of precision-engineered parts. Our skilled team utilizes advanced technology to ensure that every part meets strict tolerances and specifications. In 1994, Dadsons Machining was founded by two friends who shared a passion for machining and engineering. They started in Minneapolis with just a few machines. In 2003 they moved into a 20,000sq ft building in Hammond, WI where they added more machines, talented employees, and stronger relationships with customers and vendors.

The Beginning also known as "The Dadsons Days"
As the founders of Dadsons were approaching that retirement age, it was decided to sell the company. In July of 2022 Dadsons Machining was sold to a larger company. With Gary Bahr staying on as GM. In April of 2024 the company announced it was closing the doors to Dadsons Machining.

As the news about the closing of Dadsons spread, Gary was approached by customers and employees asking what was next. HadKins officially began August 1st, 2024 in a leased 3,750 sq foot facility in Hudson, WI. Everything had to be purchased; machines, computers, office furniture. In the first 5 months Hadkins created TEN jobs, filled thei
As the news about the closing of Dadsons spread, Gary was approached by customers and employees asking what was next. HadKins officially began August 1st, 2024 in a leased 3,750 sq foot facility in Hudson, WI. Everything had to be purchased; machines, computers, office furniture. In the first 5 months Hadkins created TEN jobs, filled their facility to the brim with machines and needed furniture, and reached over $200,000 in sales.

Celebrating the Holidays together
2024 was our 1st year celebrating the holidays as a HadKins work family. Everyone received their choice of Ham, Turkey, or a Gift Card for Thanksgiving. For Christmas everyone available had lunch together. Gifts were given, laughs were shared and the spirit of the season shined through.
