September 2025 we were invited to attend the Community Venture Network at Brackett's Crossing Country Club in Lakeville, MN. The keynote speaker, Ben Winchester gave a lively talk about dying small towns in the mid-west. His charisma is exactly what we all needed following the magnificent lunch we had. I was able to chat with many different companies at various stages in their entrepreneur journey. The vibe in the room was invigorating.  I had so much fun that I decided I need go back again in January. Next time I won't just be a table along the wall I will be presenting. Watch for more on that later in the year.

July 2025 brought us an opportunity to sit along side some great businesses and have a little community event. We set up a tent and a table and got to tell our story to tons of people. 

Proceeds from this event went to Sleep in Heavenly Peace. They are an organization that provides beds to kids who don't have one. We were lucky and had a spot right next to them. We talked about their needs and might be able to help them out with some items to make their lives easier meaning that they can help more kids.

This was a fun event that we hope to get to do again next year.

2024 was our 1st year celebrating the holidays as a HadKins work family. Everyone received their choice of Ham, Turkey, or a Gift Card for Thanksgiving. For Christmas everyone available had lunch together. Gifts were given, laughs were shared and the spirit of the season shined through.

In December 2024 Hadkins Manufacturing was featured in the SBDC News letter in the Client Spotlight section. 

On November 13th, 2024 Hadkins was picked to be 1 of 6 companies to present shark tank style in a business competition. Gary and Rachel had a fun time meeting new people and promoting our new company.
